# When should I use a Google Group?

Google Groups are a very powerful feature in Google Workspace. With Google Groups you can:

- Add multiple users to a group to apply administrative policies to all group members at once without changing your organizational structure. See [this article](https://support.google.com/a/answer/9224126) to learn more.
