If you click the link indicated by the red arrow, you will be brought to Cloudasta’s billing console. Sometimes this may help you access [billing.cloudasta.com](https://billing.cloudasta.com) because this method ensures that you are logged into the necessary Workspace account. As with all Marketplace Apps, Cloudasta is associated with the primary domain on your subscription and requires you to login using the administrator credentials of that primary domain. There may be a chance that you are still unable to access our admin settings, in which case it’s likely that you have not granted Cloudasta API access permissions. You can see in the screenshot above that API access (outlined in red) is not enabled. Make sure it is checked and API access enabled, save your preferences, and try accessing [billing console](https://billing.cloudasta.com) again.
