If you’re having issues accessing the Cloudasta Billing Console, start by logging into your Workspace Admin Console using your G Suite Super Administrator credentials.
Clicking on “Billing” (highlighted above) will bring you to the following page.
You’ll notice here that you’ll be redirected to Cloudasta. If you click the link indicated by the red arrow, you will be brought to Cloudasta’s billing console. Sometimes this may help you access billing.cloudasta.com because this method ensures that you are logged into the necessary Workspace account. As with all Marketplace Apps, Cloudasta is associated with the primary domain on your subscription and requires you to login using the administrator credentials of that primary domain.
There may be a chance that you are still unable to access our admin settings, in which case it’s likely that you have not granted Cloudasta API access permissions. To do so, follow the instructions below.
As with previously, start by logging into your Workspace Admin Console using your G Suite Super Administrator credentials. This time, access the “Security” settings, as highlighted above.
From here, select “API reference” from the options.
The section will expand, and what we’re looking for is the check box next to “Enable API access.” That box will be checked green if access is enabled. You can see in the screenshot above that API access (outlined in red) is not enabled. Make sure it is checked and API access enabled, save your preferences, and try accessing billing console again.
