This article explains how to migrate contacts, calendars and files when running a self-service migration.

Our Cloudasta Email migration app only supports email migration. Fortunately, there are easy ways to get all your data (files, calendars and contacts) transferred into your new Google Workspace accounts.
Files and documents
- Download your files: Sign in to your old user account at your former solution and download all files locally to your computer. We recommend looking at your former solution's KB database to look for detailed instructions.
- Upload to Google Drive: Log in to your new Google Drive account and upload all files as explained in this Google support documentation.
Similar to uploading your files, you will need to log in to your old user account in your former solution and export your calendars.
To transfer your contacts, you will also need to log in to your old user account in your former solution and export your contacts file for each user account.
