Mailboxes Not Appearing in the Self-Service Migration Tool

If you're experiencing issues where users are not displaying in the Self-service migration tool when setting up a migration, follow these three simple steps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Sign Out

  • Select Logut at the upper right corner.

Step 2: Sign Back In

  • Select the Start Migration option to verify your account credentials.

Step 3: Check If the Issue Is Resolved

  • Navigate to the first section of the migration tool to verify if the email address is now displaying.

Additional Troubleshooting Steps

If the issue persists, try these additional steps:

  • Check for Aliases: If the user has an email alias, make sure to look up their primary email address instead, as aliases may not be listed as selectable sources.
  • Clear Cache and Cookies: Your browser might be displaying outdated information. Clearing cache and cookies can help refresh the data.

  • Use an Incognito Window: Open an incognito window and check if the issue still exists. This helps determine if cached data is affecting the display.

  • Test with Another User: If you have multiple users under your domain, check if the issue is affecting all users or just one.
