# Mailboxes Not Appearing in the Self-Service Migration Tool

## If you're experiencing issues where users are not displaying in the Self-service migration tool when setting up a migration, follow these three simple steps to resolve the issue.

### **Step 1: Sign Out**

- Select **Logut** at the upper right corner.

### **Step 2: Sign Back In**

- Select the **Start Migration** option to verify your account credentials.

### **Step 3: Check If the Issue Is Resolved**

- Navigate to the first section of the migration tool to verify if the email address is now displaying.

#### **Additional Troubleshooting Steps**

If the issue persists, try these additional steps:

- **Check for Aliases:** If the user has an email alias, make sure to look up their primary email address instead, as aliases may not be listed as selectable sources.
- **Clear Cache and Cookies:** Your browser might be displaying outdated information. Clearing cache and cookies can help refresh the data.
- **Use an Incognito Window:** Open an incognito window and check if the issue still exists. This helps determine if cached data is affecting the display.
- **Test with Another User:** If you have multiple users under your domain, check if the issue is affecting all users or just one.
